Anyone can request an online subscription to the
CERA journal. Simply, you need to register yourself by
going to the web page http://www.techpub.com.
After you have registered for online subscriptions,
You will be sent a User ID and Password by e-mail.
After you sign up for online subscription, you will
have access to all 2000 and 2001 CERA issues. You will
be able to set up e-mail notification of new issues
(yet to be published) and you will have access to CERA
journal articles several weeks before a print copy can
reach you. It will also be possible to have each new
issue of CERA searched for topics of particular
interest to you and to receive e-mail notification
when something has been found. CETEAM hopes that you
will appreciate these features.
Sample Issue: The first issue of every
calendar year is also available as a sample copy
online at http://techpub.metapress.com
To view the journal online you will need to
download Adobe Acrobat Reader to your computer if it
is not already installed (look for it under programs).
This is available free from http://www.adobe.com
and by clicking the "Get Acrobat Reader"
button at the bottom of the page. This will enable you
to view and print a facsimile of each journal page.
Once installed, Reader activates itself automatically
when you click on a PDF (this will become clear when
you visit the web-site). Even before you have Reader
and your User ID and Password, you may go to http://www.techpub.com
and click on Online Publications. This will take you
to a screen where you can log on as a Guest and browse
or search the author, title, abstract and references
for all Technomic journal articles published in 2000
and thereafter.
The following applies only if you are Members of
Editorial Board of Concurrent Engineering: Research
and Applications. (CERA). Starting with year 2001 all
members of the CERA editorial board will receive a
complimentary online subscription to the journal. We
are discontinuing free print subscriptions for members
of the editorial board. Members of the Editorial Board
will be sent a User ID and Password by e-mail. If you
do not have an Email ID yet, please send a request to
