International Institute of CONCURRENT ENGINEERING
(hereinafter called CETEAM INTERNATIONAL) in
cooperation with Technomic Publishing Corp,
(hereinafter called Publisher) is hereby authorized to
publish the contribution provisionally entitled:
(hereinafter
called the Article) in conjunction with other articles
as part of an International Journal (with Managing
Editor: B. Prasad) entitled: International J. of
Concurrent Engineering: Research & Applications
Listed as guest editor(s):
The
author(s) of the Article (hereinafter called Author):
1. Irrevocably assigns and transfer the
Article to the CETEAM International without limitation
or restrictions, as a sole and exclusive property of the
CETEAM International and with the exclusive right to
publish and sell the Work, including, in all languages
and media throughout the world, copyright it and to
renew any or all of the copyrights in CETEAM
International's name or any other name. The parties
acknowledge that there will be no basis for any claim of
copyright about this Article prepared by an officer or
employee of the U.S. Government, Institution or
University carried out as part of that Author's official
duties.
2. The Author represents and warrants
that he/she is the sole owner and proprietor of the
Article, that he/she has not granted or assigned any
rights in the Article to any other person, publisher or
entity, that the Article is a copyrightable, that it
does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or
patent, that it does not invade the right of privacy or
publicity of any person or entity, that it does not
contain any libelous or unlawful matter, that all
statements asserted as facts are true or are based upon
reasonable research for accuracy and that he/she will
defend, indemnify and hold harmless the CETEAM
International against all claims, losses, costs
(including attorney's fees) and damages which The CETEAM
International may incur in connection arising out of any
breach or alleged breach of these warranties. The CETEAM
International may extend these representations and
warranties to third parties.
3. Should the Article contain any
material protected by the copyright of others, it is the
Author's responsibility to deliver to the CETEAM
International written permission from the copyright
owner to reproduce any such material in his/her work
prior to its submission and subsequent publication.
