The CERA Journal Best Paper Award is given to the
Author(s) of a technical paper presented at the Annual
Concurrent Engineering Conferences and subsequently
submitted and published in the CERA journal. This is an
annual award event as a part of the CE'20XX Conference
Series program and is sponsored by the CETEAM
International
The Executive Committee of the Concurrent
Engineering: Research & Applications -- (called as
CE20XX) Conference gives every year the Best Paper Award
to the best selected paper of the CE20XX Conference
based on the following criteria. The chosen paper must
be original and has not been published elsewhere. The
International Program Committee of a current conference
nominates the best paper amongst the papers submitted
and presented at the conference. The papers are judged
according to five specific criteria: their technical
content, relevancy to CE field, reference value,
originality, and their presentation & response to
the questions.
The criteria for the judgement of the best paper, in
order of priority, are:

Contribution to the
advancement to the field of Concurrent
Engineering, |

Originality of
research or scholarship, |
|
Breadth of relevance
to CE, |
|
Long term- Reference
Value to CE, and |
|
Clarity and style of
presentation. |
Votes for the Award are cast by the journal Editors
and Officers of the CETEAM International.

The author(s) of the
best paper for a previous Year Conference are
recognized at the incoming Conference Annual
Dinner. |
|
It carries with it a
Dated Framed Certificate or a Plaque -- engraving
the contribution as "Best Paper Award"
with founding CETeam/ISPE embossed Seal." |
|
It carries with it One
Year Free Subscription of the CERA Journal (valued
up to $315 US). |
|
One year Free
Membership in International Society of
Productivity Enhancement (ISPE) and a
complimentary membership in CETeam International
(valued up to $175 US). |
|
The paper is published
in the Concurrent Engineering: Research &
Applications (CERA) Journal and cited having
received the Best Paper award at the last CE20XX
Conference. |

A Passport size
Photograph and 100- words' biography of each
author of the best paper are published in the CERA
journal. |
The CERA Best Paper Award is made annually, jointly
by Technomic Publishing -- the CERA journal publishers,
and the International Institute of Concurrent
Engineering – CETEAM International. A summary/abstract
