2. Fill in the information in blue ink and,
3. Include an original copy of the Copyright Form duly filled in and signed by all your co-authors, then
4. Submit/Send the copyright form with the manuscripts, computer disks, Passport size photographs and short (half-page) biographies of each author to the CETEAM international for review processing.
